This property has exclusive beach access at the center of this 5 mile long stretch of beach and is surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine state park nature preservation. At the end of a private road, the beach access and location makes this property extremely tranquil and perfect for relaxing in nature while also being conveniently located close enough to town for easy access to shopping, restaurants, wine tasting and other attractions. The property has an external security camera located at the front gate driveway entrance that covers the driveway and parking area for additional guest security. This spacious home is situated on one acre of land and the beach access is in front of the house

Welcome to Inglenook, make yourself at home. Please drive slowly on ocean view drive to keep all the neighbors happy. Tobacco smoke is forbidden on this property. Please take the sand off outside the house, please don’t use sharp objects on the countertops, please only toilet paper in the toilets. Please do not put garbage in the recycling. Smoking or making fires on the property is prohibited. Motor vehicles are not permitted on the back yard or the beach. If you visit the state park and beach please don’t leave any garbage to help preserve this pristine natural area. Events and parties exceeding the guest limit are not permitted. Extra guests may be added upon request with permission by owner and there is a $75 per extra guest fee. You may bring your furry loved ones however there is a pet fee of $105 per stay and pet weight limit is 30 lbs. Do not allow pets to stay on the beds or couches and avoid using white towels for pets. In our efforts to maintain a pristine and comfortable environment for all guests, we enforce a rule of no pets on furniture or beds. This simple courtesy ensures that everyone can enjoy the elevated experience we strive to provide. If our cleaning staff finds hair on the furniture or in the bed linens, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. Additionally, for the safety and well-being of your pet and our property, we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended at the house. For use of the electric vehicle charger there is a fee of $30 per charge. Thank you very much and enjoy your stay!
